It hurts a bit and I’ve been in doubt for a very, very long time, but it is time to sell the BMW.
It needs some attention, nothing major, but is does need attention and I just haven’t had the time to do it, or wasn’t willing to make the time. It’s been sitting in the shed (where it takes up a lot of space) for months and even before that I’ve not ridden it that often for a while.
It’s a blast to ride, but it is a hell of a job to get it out of the shed and I’ve just mostly been taking the CB750 because that is such a pleasant bike too.
I Need the space and it deserves an owner that takes it out of the shed more often. But I won’t sell it for peanuts. If I don’t get any decent offers, I won’t sell it.

Second of all, my question.
I see in some pictures the mirror is under the handlebars and in others it it mounted above.
Are you able to ‘flip’ it up and down? or is it an actual remounting of the mirror?

I can mount the mirror both ways. The mirror below the handle bars looks better, above it works better
